TERMS OF USE — PAPASITO TV
Last updated: August 23, 2026
Papasito TV is a friendly place to keep up with your shows and movies and talk about them. By using the app, you agree to the following rules — they exist so that everyone feels at home here.
1. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for your account and for what gets posted on it. One username per person; usernames must follow the rules shown when you create them and must not impersonate anyone else.
Papasito TV is intended for people aged 13 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13.
2. FORBIDDEN CONTENT
The following are forbidden in usernames, guild names, welcome messages, announcements, chat messages and comments on episodes and movies (text, images and GIFs included):
- insults, harassment and personal attacks;
- hateful or discriminatory speech (racism, sexism, homophobia, and so on);
- sexual, violent or shocking content;
- spam, advertising and malicious links;
- sharing someone else's personal information without their consent;
- spoilers posted deliberately to ruin things for others (comment threads are protected by a spoiler warning; outside those spaces, don't give anything away).
Comments are limited to one image and one GIF per thread per person. Any comment can be reported ("Report" under the comment) and deleted by its author.
3. GUILDS
A guild's leader and officers make sure these rules are followed within their community: they can turn down applications and remove a member. Creating a guild whose name breaks these rules is forbidden; an automatic filter blocks clearly inappropriate terms, but getting around it is a violation of these terms.
4. PENALTIES
If the rules are broken, the following measures may be applied depending on severity: removal of the content, a forced change of username or guild name, removal from a guild, suspension or deletion of the account.
5. REPORTING
Any content or behavior that goes against these rules can be reported with the "Report" button under comments, or through "Contact us" in the settings (subject "Report"). Reports are reviewed carefully.
6. OWNERSHIP OF SHOW AND MOVIE DATA
Information about shows and movies (titles, posters, synopses, dates) is provided by TMDB and remains the property of the respective rights holders. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
7. COMMON SENSE
These rules are no substitute for common sense: be the person you'd want to share a screening room with. 🍿
